United Way of Halton Hills is a registered charitable organization. We are a community of people with a common goal of improving lives for the residents of Halton Hills. We are People like you offering a hand to others in need. By helping people in our community, we are changing
lives.
United Way is not about someone else. It is about you and the people you care about. Maybe it's your aging parents, or maybe a friend. Maybe it's even the person you see each morning when you walk your dog. Whoever it is, United Way has been there - supporting programs that support people in this community for 20 years.

United Way of Halton Hills funds local agencies. Agencies requesting program funding must address one of the following community priorities:
Hand Up..Not Hand Out: Programs that address the needs of residents living in poverty, by assisting them to help themselves.
Children & Youth: Programs that provide for the healthy, emotional, spiritual, physical and social development of young people.
Community Capacity Building: Programs that gather and mobilize resources to strengthen the community's capacity to care for itself.
Safety & Support: Programs that provide safe and supportive environments where individuals can heal, grow, learn and live.
